ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines/09 February 2010— Water rationing in this city shall begin at midnight.

The Zamboanga City Water District announced that due to the decrease in the stream flow of the Tumaga River, there is a slow replenishment of water in the two (2) reservoirs at the Water Treatment Plant in Pasonanca.
