Kidnap victim Mhealjohn Auditor tells Zambaonga Sibugay Governor Rommel Jalosjos of his harrowing experience while in captivity.  Auditor was abducted in Ipil town in March and released this weekend in Payao, municipality.  On  the Governor’s left is Philippine Army’s Brigade Commander Col.
