Vitali barangay chairman Lito Alavar has cited Mayor Lobregat’s administration for the series of projects being implemented in his barangay emphasizing that these will have tremendous impact on the lives of the people.
The 4×4 pickup truck is intended to improve mobility especially during emergency or crisis situations and accelerate delivery of services in the area.
Vitali, located some 75 kilometers east of the city, is one of the far flung barangays that have received numerous infrastructure projects from the city government since 2007. Ongoing at present is the rehabilitation and improvement of the Vitali Health Center and Lying-in clinic, construction of footbridges and numerous other road concreting projects. (Sheila Covarrubias)
