Sulu doctor’s son kidnapped

JOLO, Sulu/03 March 2014—A son of a local doctor and  three others were abducted in the vicinity of Scott Road, Asturias Jolo, Sulu,  early this morning.

Forcibly taken by more or less five unidentified armed men were Mohammad Zaher Naim, 8 year-old Princess Karanain, 18-year old Almalyn Abuhail, and  Saddam Amli, all residents of Alat village in Jolo.

Personnel from the Jolo Municipal Police Office said  the abduction took place at 7 in the morning.

Naim is the son of Dr. Faranash Jajurie Naim Intimani.

The abductors fled towards the direction of Kasanyangan in Anuling Village, Patikul, on board a red Tamaraw jeep.

Police are still conducting an investigation as to motive and who could be behind the act.  (The PhilSouth Angle)
